Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- MBA/MHA from a reputed college/institution
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in managing administration for a full unit / multiple units in reputed Fertility Clinic or Day-care Centre or small Hospital
- Conversion/Counselling experience of at least 2 years
- Should have handled a team of at least 8-10 members and be proficient in training
- Key Job Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management: Drive revenue through conversion of IVF Packages, diagnostic, OPD procedures, pharmacy, etc. Ensure business targets of conversion and counselling are met, keep a strong vigil on revenue leakage
- Cost and Inventory Management
- People Management: Manage employee motivation, engagement and retention. Resolve employee grievances and support them in carrying out their roles and responsibilities
- Service Excellence: Ensure high PSAT and process time adherence. Proactively resolve patient complaints. Identify the causes behind problems and offer solutions that can help address the problem within the shortest duration
- Medical Record Management: Store patient information and records as per protocol: ensure that all information is recorded, stored and shared accurately and safely
- Facility Management: Ensure Hygiene and upkeep of the centre as per defined KPI / standards. Make sure that all assets are utilized efficiently, proactively address any equipment break downs
- Statutory Compliances: Drive necessary statutory compliances and renewals in a timely manner. Escalate risks to management, if any
- Reporting: Prepare and share period reports with senior management
- New launch: Support in perfect launch of the centre as per defined SOPs
- Vendor management: Manage donor agencies, surrogacy agencies and other external vendors (F&B, security, Housekeeping and Laundry) to ensure timely execution and quality of service
