Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- Qualification and experience as per ART law
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, in managing counselling and conversion of patients in a fertility clinic
- Should be open to working in a target-based setting
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Call leads of potential patients as per defined targets for each day
- Counsel patients and resolve their queries
- Keep track of patient pipeline and share status on conversion
- Manage the department operationally- coordination with doctors and patients
- Manage donor agencies and other partners.
- Back fill for billing when needed/be open to handle other roles
