Embryologist – Ranchi

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:

• Education qualification and experience as per ART law
• Proficient in ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching
• Capable of managing laboratory inventory
• Candidates with publications and inclination to research work would be preferred

Key Job Responsibilities:

1.Adhere to Embryology SOP and protocols as defined by the company

2.Manage the IVF Lab , all assets in the lab and andrology function

• Daily supervision of all check points, i.e., sterility, cylinder level, temperature, etc
• Lab & Inventory management (TQM)
• Patient data recording & research
• Semen sample preparation

3.Proficiently carry out procedures in the lab – Embryo culture, Andrology, ICSI, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy , time lapse, laser hatching

4.Train and administratively manage the Lab technicians at the centre

5.Ensure ethical practice as per ICMR and existing government guidelines

6.Drive high success rates as per defined protocols
