Counsellor- Nagpur, Guwahati

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:

• Qualification and experience as per ART law
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience, in managing counselling and conversion of patients in a fertility clinic
• Should be open to working in a target-based setting

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Call leads of potential patients as per defined targets for each day
•  Counsel patients and resolve their queries
• Keep track of patient pipeline and share status on conversion
• Manage the department operationally- coordination with doctors and patients
• Manage donor agencies and other partners.
• Back fill for billing when needed/be open to handle other roles
