Chief Embryologist

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
• 8+ Years of experience of leading Embryology for multiple IVF centres or pan-India operations
• Must have experience of managing and training large teams
• Highly proficient in ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching
• Should be willing to travel

Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Define Embryology SOPs and protocols for the company based on global standards and benchmarks
2. Supervise and impart training to fresher/ less experienced embryologists and technicians across all centres; guide them to audit data, draw inferences, present in industry forums
3. Audit adherence to defined SOPs and protocols across centres to ensure high success rate
4. Hire high quality embryologists, laboratory and OT technicians for centres
5. Provide key inputs on ART lab design, selection of lab equipment and day-today maintenance of lab
6. Ensure compliance with ICMR and existing government guidelines for all centres
7. Keep abreast with latest techniques and technology which may enhance clinical outcomes
8. Publish and present research articles in reputed Indian and International journals /forums
