Program Manager- Corporate Office (Gurgaon)

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Program Manager professional to Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities in line with the vision and values of the company.

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature

  1. Minimum Graduation
  2. Minimum 3-8 years of experience in similar profile
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication
    skills

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in creating and implementing training programs.
  2.  Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  3.  Prepare classrooms and keep them properly set up
  4.  Prepare and disseminate materials (e.g., instructional notes, feedback forms)
  5.  Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
  6.  Resolve issues as they arise onsite
  7.  Prepare reports on training activities and results
  8.  Suggest improvements or new programs
  9.  Preparation of Monthly Training Calendar
  10.  Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
  11.  Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
  12.  Track and report on training outcomes
  13.  Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
  14. Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
  15.  Manage training budget
