Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is a simple, minimally invasive fertility treatment designed to work in harmony with the body’s natural reproductive process. The aim of IUI is to increase the chances of fertilisation by placing carefully prepared, high-quality sperm directly into the uterus at the time of ovulation.

What is IUI and When is it Recommended?

IUI vs IVF – What’s the Difference?
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is a less invasive and more affordable fertility treatment compared to In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF). In IUI, specially prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus, allowing fertilisation to occur naturally inside the body.
