Dr. Jyotsna is a leading fertility specialist globally, with over 25 years of experience in gynecology. She specializes in various aspects of female reproductive endocrinology, including ovulation and menstrual disorders, PCOS, menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency, endometriosis, and early pregnancy, as well as acute gynecological emergencies. Dr. Jyotsna is an expert in subfertility, assessment of ovarian reserve, and assisted conception cycles such as ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, ICSI, and social egg freezing. She also provides treatments for male factor infertility, including surgical sperm retrieval.​

Dr. Jyotsna is passionate about delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based care to patients. She is very keen to educate, empower and involve women and couples in decision making in every aspect of their care.

She has authored over 35 papers in peer-reviewed journals and multiple best-selling books, including “Evidence-based Algorithms – Obstetrics” and “Evidence-based Algorithms – Gynecology.”

At Birla Fertility & IVF, Dr. Jyotsna serves as a Medical Advisor, driving clinical excellence, innovation, and research. With her extensive international experience, she advises on global best practices in clinical protocols, patient care, and technological advancements. She also plays a key role in mentoring future fertility specialists and spearheading collaborations with international institutions.
