I had a very positive experience at Birla Fertility & IVF Center. Dr. Shreya Gupta and Dr. Saumya are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and approachable. They explain every step with clarity and give confidence to patients throughout the treatment journey. The nursing staff is very caring and supportive, and the pharmacy staff is cooperative and prompt, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. The center is clean, well-organized, and maintains a professional environment. One suggestion for improvement is the availability of 24×7 doctor support. Although emergency contact details of nursing staff are provided, patients often feel more reassured with immediate clinical access in urgent situations. Integrating the centre more closely with a reputed multi-specialty hospital network like CK Birla Healthcare would further strengthen emergency care support and enhance patient confidence. Overall, I am truly grateful for the dedication and care provided by the entire team.
