My experience was nothing less than a compassionate ecosystem provided to me by keen listeners and kind care givers. My egg harvesting procedure was made as smooth as possible thanks to entire team at Birla Fertility. A special gratefulness to Dr Shivika for being a pillar for me and Sister Kipgen for all the painful injections she made pain free. Also thanks to Dr Prachi and Sudeepta for all thr help they gave me in my journey.

Then I called her back and asked her why did you send such a message, she said that we have lakhs of clients like you, if you want to take treatment then If you don't take it then don't take it, I will talk like this only, I want to say this to the HR department of Birla Hospital that what kind of people have you kept sitting in customer care and if your hospital has crores of clients then why are you people advertising your hospital on social media, I have taken a screenshot of that lady's message and will post that screenshot also for providing (Original) Ye hospital to bahut achha hai but yaha ka customer care bahut bekar hai mene facebook par add dekh k enquiry kiya to turant Poonam name ki koi lady ne mujhe call kiya aur maine unka call receive v kiya phir mera koi urgent call aa raha tha jiske karan maine unko bola mera urgent call aa raha hai mai thodi der me apko call back karti hu uske bad jab mai unko call back karne gain to unka message aaya tha k time pass k liye kyu enquiry kiya hai apne to ye batao kya ye tarika hai client se baat karne ka phir maine call back kiya unko aur bola ki apne yesa message kyu kiya to bolti hai apke jesa hamare pass lakho karodo client hai apko treatment lena hai to lo nahi to mat lo mai yese hi baat karungi to mai Birla hospital k HR department se ye kahna chahti hu k ye kis tarika ka log ko customer care me baitha rakha hai apne aur agr aapke hospital k pass karodo client hai to phir aap log social media pe apna hospital ka advertisement kyu kar rahe ho mene us lady ka message ka screenshot le liya hai aur o screenshot v post karungi provide k liye
