The Treatment Plan that made the Difference

Surgical Corrections

Adhesiolysis and metroplasty were performed to clear severe intrauterine adhesions and restore the normal structure of the uterine cavity. Additionally, tubal clipping was performed to block damaged tubes, thereby preventing hydrosalpinx fluid from flowing back into the uterus.

Medical Optimisation

Thyroid regulation was achieved with the help of oral medication, which helped balance hormone levels and support overall reproductive health. PRP Therapy was used to improve endometrial thickness and vascularisation, enhancing uterine receptivity for implantation.

IVF Protocols

Controlled ovarian stimulation was carried out using an antagonist protocol tailored to the patient’s ovarian reserve. This was followed by oocyte retrieval, during which 10 eggs were collected, with 8 maturing successfully. From these, two high-quality Day-5 blastocysts were developed.

Embryo Transfer

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) was performed after preparing the endometrium with GnRH agonist. There was a single blastocyst transfer done, which ensured precision and maximised implantation chances
