Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
• Graduate/ PGDM (Desirable)
• 7-8 years of experience in sales, of which at least 2-3 years should be as a regional sales manager
• Should have experience of managing a team of at least 3-4 people across geographies
• Experience in IVF sales for an IVF chain, Pharmaceutical company that deals with OBGYN doctors / IVF doctors
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute sales strategy for the region based on overall vision and goals of the company. Act as a bridge between Corporate and Unit Sales team in the region
2. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for defined regions
• Build and manage a strong network of doctors (specially obstetrics and
gynae) in and around the region
• Define plan for building brand presence through camps, community
connect programs, BTL activities, sales events and conferences
3. Monitor and review work of sales executives. Provide feedback, mentoring and guidance to help them deliver their role effectively
4. Share Unit and region-specific market and customer insights with key stakeholders
5. Prepare and share competition intelligence report with key stakeholders, along with recommended plan to increase sales and brand positioning
