Senior Manager Launch Specialist

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
• MBA from reputes institute
• 8-10 years of work experience in healthcare in managing operations of large hospital (overall) or new launch – setting up operations and stabilizing it
• Experience in Healthcare is a must have – healthcare retail chains in any sector or large multi specialty hospitals – e.g., Eye care chains
• Should be willing to travel and stay outside for long durations
• Should have good understanding of OPD/IPD processes, doctor handling, vendor handling, project team handling

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Drive on-time and perfect launch of all new centres of the company, ensuring Drive implementation of processes and SOPs for Front Office functions
o Ensure high quality training for OPD to IPD conversion team at the Center
o Ensure implementation of all customer experience and service excellence elements of the business at each center
o Ensure streamlining of all partnerships (clinical and non-clinical) and day to day working rhythm with partners for the center
• Spend 10-15 days onsite post launch to ensure operations are stabilized; proactively address and resolve any gaps in service delivery
