Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- Post-Graduate / MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- 4 – 6 years of experience in Marketing in FMCG/Telecom/Fintech/Advertising background
- Should have strong fundamentals in Marketing and Branding
- Should be willing to travel
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing:
- Preparation of brand communication and plan for different levers and centers.
- Manage the agency ecosystem from briefing to final output and make sure they are respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every communication.
- Ensure execution of external and internal signage and other branding elements
- Need to be able to draw on consumer research and monitor market trends.
- Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with internal digital team to optimize our presence on website, google and bring insights for performance ads.
- Internal Communication
- Sales kit (Collaterals, case studies, Product presentations, Testimonials, Sales Training material ppts, Market visit to track competitions and event management.
- PR marketing
- Work closely on PR and messaging to establish our brand differentiators.
