Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Nursing or GNM degree.
• 6+ years of experience in a reputed IVF chain; should have at least 1-2 years experience in training OR have a flair for training
• Preferred industry: Hospital, Healthcare
• Should be willing to travel extensively
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Train new joiners on company SOP’s and protocols.
• Design and conduct assessment of new joiners to ensure readiness for the role
• Create engaging training content as per training needs
• Conduct training session as per schedule, including sessions for new hires and
refresher programs
• Conduct refresher training for employees as per defined frequency
• Conduct audits to gauge adherence to company protocols and policies
• Maintain training records
• Be flexible to support work at centers in case of talent shortage
• Share frequent updates/dashboards with senior management on training
status, feedback and effectiveness
